(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Yet another judge has chosen to stand in the way of ensuring election integrity, with a Superior Court judge in Maricopa County tossing out a request the Arizona state Senate to access voting machines to conduct an audit.
Judge Randall Warner issued a ruling on Wednesday stopping local election officials from accessing records and voting machines to assist in the process of a forensic audit that would ensure not illegal ballots were cast or counted in the race.
Judge Warner said that Arizona state Senate President Karen Fann and Senator Eddie Farnsworth didn’t follow the necessary procedures to enforce the subpoena, but allowed them to refile the case. It’s another instance of a judge throwing out a request of this kind of procedural grounds rather than merit and makes it extremely difficult to refile in time for the results of the audit to affect the candidate that is sworn in as president on January 20.
In short…it’s another judge playing games.
Unless Fann and Sen. Farnsworth file an update, the matter is set to be dismissed on February 1, weeks after the January 20 inauguration.
Congress is also set to confirm or deny the Electoral College votes in a joint session on January 6. It means that President Donald Trump and any other elected official concerned about election integrity and not counting the many thousands of illegal votes cast in the presidential election have a matter of days to resolve this compromised election.
President Trump will also likely feel let down by Republicans in Arizona who dismissed the subpoena. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, run by Republicans, last week voted to resist the subpoenas to access the voting machines.
Who on earth would want to stand in the way of a forensic audit, that would take mere hours, to ensure the election results were accurate?
The board did express willingness to allow third-party audits of the machine once litigation ends, but that would mean an illegitimate president may be sworn in in the meantime.
In recent days, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, said that things will really “blow up” after Christmas, so audit or not audit, we could be set to hear some shocking new revelations in this legal and judicial fight.
Either the truth is revealed through forensic audits and examination of overwhelming evidence in the courts, or the 2020 presidential election goes unchecked and unchallenged because of a lack of willingness from judges to hear the evidence.
