(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- President Joe Biden isn’t exactly known for his great memory, but at this point, it’s hard to know whether he’s misremembering or just lying to maker himself look good.
A recent example of this is how, on Monday, he tried to paint his recent trip to Europe as much longer than it really was. The president spent eight days in Europe, but during a virtual address to the Democratic National Party, Biden claimed that his trip actually lasted 13 days.
It didn’t.
He told the virtual conference that he just got back from being in Europe “for, I guess, 13 days.”
He then immediately followed that up by saying he forgets how many days it really was, but that he did meet with the G7 nations for five days.
Which was…also untrue. President Joe Biden actually only met with G7 nations at the G7 summit in Cornwall, England, for three days.
Does President Biden even remember what he discussed or who he spoke to during this trip? Or is that too much to ask?
It sounds like he doesn’t, because he told the conference that he wouldn’t reveal “all the details” to the conference because it was “too boring,” and then quickly went on to (wrongly) claim that President Donald Trump made “incredible” damage to to the United States on the international stage.
If he means that the former president forced G7 leaders and other Western nations to pay their fair share to organizations like the United Nations, then sure…
Biden also bragged during the speech about how he stood up to Russian President Vladimir Putin, and said that the United States needs a “stable and predictable” relationship with Russia.
Can somebody remind him that the relationship between the U.S. and Russia wasn’t this bad during the Trump administration?
