(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- According to a report, during his 2023 State of the Union address, President Joe Biden accused the Supreme Court of taking away a woman’s right to terminate the life of her unborn child and vowed to veto any pro-life legislation that reached his desk.
Biden once again called for codifying the now-overturned 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, which declared that a constitutional right to abortion existed.
Biden said that he and Vice President Kamala Harris were doing everything possible to protect access to reproductive health care and patient privacy.
Biden then criticized over a dozen states for enforcing extreme abortion bans, which are laws protecting unborn children from abortion.
The report reveals Biden did not mention the more than 100 attacks by radical abortion activists on pro-life pregnancy centers and churches.
Under Biden’s leadership, Democrats have continued to advocate for abortion throughout the entire nine-month gestation period, and his administration is actively working to facilitate nationwide access to abortion pills.
Reports show House Democrats are attempting to repeal the Hyde Amendment, which has been a part of federal appropriations for decades and prohibits direct taxpayer funding of abortion through programs such as Medicaid.
Just days after the Supreme Court overturned Roe, Biden stated his support for the Senate to break the legislative filibuster in order to federally legalize abortion.
Reports show that the possibility of a public health emergency declaration regarding abortion was denounced by pro-life organizations, who also charged the Biden administration with treating pregnancy as if it were a disease.
According to Kristan Hawkins, president of Students for Life Action, Biden’s pro-abortion administration wants to effectively impose Martial Law to take control of our society using the same healthcare regulations used to stifle Americans during the height of the pandemic. Hawkins remarked that it was an abuse of a process that was designed to save lives, not end them.
