(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Jim Acosta, the chief White House correspondent for far-left fake news media outlet CNN, asked the question one of his most insane questions yet on Monday. During a press conference in which the president told journalists that he expects the nation’s governors to call in the National Guard to help quell violence, Acosta shouted to the stage and asked if the nation is “still a democracy.”

Acosta shouted his question, knowing he wouldn’t get a reply owing to the fact he is consistently rude to the president, as Trump was walking from the White House to St. John’s Episcopal Church. President Trump told reporters after his press conference that he would go and pay his respects as a very special place. He walked across Lafayette Square holding a bible to see the remains of the church after rioters set fire to the historic building.
As the president walked, Acosta could be heard shouting, “Mr. President, is this still a democracy?”
The answer is simple. Yes. President Donald Trump has not changed the electoral system and has not implemented an authoritarian dictatorship within the span of the last few days. The presidential election is going ahead in November, congressional elections are going ahead too, and there is no evidence to suggest that President Trump is planning on removing the right of American citizens to vote for their representatives.
Acosta may have been referencing the fact that President Donald Trump had just told the nation that he is the “law and order president,” and that he will do everything he can to protect the American people while anarchists continue burning down buildings and destroying cities.
“My first and highest duty as president is to defend our great country and the American people,” President Trump said in the address. “I swore an oath to uphold the laws of our nation and that is exactly what I will do.”
“If a city or state refuses to take the actions that are necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them,” he also said.
Since when is sending in the military to stop violent protesters destroying cities anti-democratic?
