Democrats Invent And Share Fake Trump Tweet To Bash The President

(TheLibertyRevolution.com) – According to a fact check by reporter Brad Sylvester, Democrats and left-wing journalists created and promoted a blatantly fake tweet purported to be from the president to use as political ammunition after the Dow Jones plummeted amid coronavirus fears.

The fake tweet read:

“If the Dow Joans [sic] ever falls more than 1000 ‘points’ in a Single Day the sitting president should be ‘loaded’ into a very big cannon and Shot into the sun at TREMENDOUS SPEED! No excuses!”

For most journalists, and indeed most people, the terrible grammar and clear errors in the tweet would have been a dead giveaway. President Donald Trump is known for capitalizing some words as a form of emphasis, but not for making repeated grammatical errors to this extent. Regardless, the fake tweet was shared by multiple large accounts on Twitter and retweeted many thousands of times.

Facts don’t matter to Democrats!

The fake tweet gained popularity on the same day that the Down Jones Industrial Average fell massively amid ongoing coronavirus fears. Under President Donald Trump’s administration, the Dow Jones has seen multiple record highs but struggles now that global economies change as government’s keep up with the rapid spread of the Chinese coronavirus.

According to Sylvester’s fact check, there is no evidence that the president ever tweeted the statement. The person that originally posted the image also admitted that it was made as a joke.

“The viral post features two screengrabs: one of the alleged February 2015 tweet and one of a CNN story titled, “Dow falls 1,191 points — the most in history.” That article recounts how, on Feb. 27, the Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged more than 1,100 points amid concerns over the novel coronavirus outbreak and a crash in oil prices, tipping it into correction territory,” Sylvester wrote.

Sylvester searched the president’s account, to make sure, and no such tweet was found.

It was first shared by an author and blogger by the name of Shaun Usher, who told The Associated Press it was not real.

The willingness of Democrats to share fake news is extremely telling, isn’t it?
