(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Former President Donald Trump may not be on Twitter any more, but he continues to post insights and analysis in the form of press releases from his Save America PAC and also on his “From the Desk of President Trump” website platform.
On Mother’s Day, the former president hit out at the winner of the Kentucky Derby, Medina Spirit, who failed a post-race drug test.
The message represented President Donald Trump’s long-fought war against drugs and was published in exactly the kind of style people have come to love and expect of the 45th president.
“So now even our Kentucky Derby winner, Medina Spirit, is a junky,” he said. “This is emblematic of what is happening to our Country. The whole world is laughing at us as we go to hell on our Borders, our fake Presidential Election, and everywhere else!”
Ouch.
It’s the latest in a series of comments from President Donald Trump about the state of America under President Joe Biden’s leadership, and about the continued controversy surrounding evidence of fraud and misconduct in the 2020 presidential election.
It also comes after the racetrack that hosts the Kentucky Derby, Churchill Downs, issued a statement on Sunday explaining how winner Medina Spirit tested positive for anti-inflammatory drug betamethasone in a post-race blood sample.
Bob Baffert, the horse’s trainer, claimed that the test result is wrong and the horse has “never been treated with betamethasone.”

During a Fox News segment, Baffert insisted that “it did not happen” when asked if the horse was injected with performance-enhancing drugs.
It’s not clear whether President Donald Trump was joking when referring to a horse as a junky, but given his track record of cracking jokes, it seems pretty likely.
A second test will be performed on the horse to determine what exactly happened.
