(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Dr. Anthony Fauci continues to insist that the United States didn’t provide funding for gain of function virus research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, but he can’t deny that the U.S. government’s National Institutes of Health provided funding to EcoHealth Alliance.
So the news that an interview was unearthed featuring Dr. Ralph Baric talking about his collaboration with the founder of EcoHealth, Peter Daszak, working to identify “SARS-like coronaviruses” is interesting…
In an interview with the “This Week In Virology” podcast in January 2020, Baric revealed how a grant from EcoHealth was used by researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology to find coronaviruses that are capable of initiating infection in human cells and use human entry components.
During the discussion, he described how the primary goal of the grant was to discover the “bookend” of others coronaviruses with similar properties to SARS which could infect humans. He said that researchers hypothesized that there were other SARS viruses in the world that were as much as 30% different but could still use human receptors to cause infection.
He then went on to say that researchers were “running around looking in caves” and then isolating viruses from the bats that they caught. He even said he collaborated with a “bat lady.”
Which is in stark contrast to claims made by Daszak that it is a “conspiracy theory” to say that Wuhan Institute of Virology workers captured live bats for experiments.
Doesn’t it sound more and more likely that this virus came from this lab?
The National Pulse – which provided a transcript of the interview – explained how the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which is headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci, supported almost 200 students by Baric and Daszak and even provided $3.7 million in grants from 2013.
Maybe it’s time for Dr. Fauci to testify under oath whether or not the National Institutes of Health gave money to organizations that ultimately funded research into bat coronaviruses…
