(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton hasn’t let up on her conspiracy theories ever since losing the 2016 presidential elections, and this week, she made one of her most shocking claims yet.
Clinton, the former first lady and secretary of state, said that Republican senators who called out the impeachment hearing of former President Donald Trump as unconstitutional, were somehow inciting a riot.
Have the Democrats forgotten how several high-profile figures in their own party, including Kamala Harris and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, incited or defended riots throughout 2020?
Clinton claimed that Republicans who questioned the constitutionality of the upcoming witch hunt trial were voting to let President Donald Trump get away with inciting a riot. Clinton provided no evidence to back up her claim, which appears to be baseless.
“Three weeks ago, Donald Trump incited a violent mob to attack Congress and stop the peaceful transition of power,” she incorrectly claimed.

“Five people died, including a Capitol policeman. Yesterday, all but five GOP senators voted for Trump to get away with it,” she added.
Clinton failed to acknowledge the FBI’s announcement that the violence on Capitol Hill on January 6 was pre-organized by extremists on social media platforms like Twitter. The FBI also confirmed that the riot began before President Donald Trump finished giving his speech.
During the riots, President Donald Trump repeatedly called for calm. Which is more than the Democrats ever did during the BLM and Antifa riots of 2020.
Clinton appeared to be angry by remarks made by Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, who revealed how it is unconstitutional to try and convict a former president – or a private citizen – in an impeachment trial. Senator Paul argued on the floor of the Senate that the effort was simply a partisan effort to cause division.
“Democrats claim to want to unify the country, but impeaching a former president, a private citizen, is the antithesis of unity,” he said. “Brazenly appointing a pro-impeachment Democrat to preside over the trial is not fair or impartial, and hardly encourages any kind of unity in our country.”
After Rand Paul objected to the hearing, he was joined by 45 Senators who agreed that the “sham trial” is unconstitutional.
The Senate just voted on my constitutional point of order.

That is more than will be needed to acquit and to eventually end this partisan impeachment process.
This “trial” is dead on arrival in the Senate.

With 45 Senators prepared to object, President Donald Trump is not expected to be convicted in the upcoming trial.
