Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop is only the tip of the iceberg of problems of the beleaguered president’s high-profile son.
Hunter Biden was called into an Arkansas court on Monday to reduce the $20,000 child support payments he’s been making to Lunden Roberts for a daughter he fathered with her.
Robert’s attorneys are requesting that the $20,000 per Month paid to Biden’s daughter, 4-year-old Navy Joan Roberts, continue so Navy Joan can enjoy the same level of lifestyle as other similar members of the Biden Family.
So far, Joe and Jill Biden have refused any acknowledgment of Navy Joan being a legitimate grandchild and member of the Biden Family.
Since 2019 Hunter’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, claimed that $750,000 had been paid after an initial settlement of $2.5 million after a DNA test proved that Hunter Biden was the child’s father. Biden has been paying Roberts $20,000 a month in child support.
Biden claimed in September that he had a substantial change in his income, claiming “no monthly income” and that he no longer had the resources to make the child support payments.
Legal experts claim that Biden is paying over $100,000 per Month on attorneys to adjudicate this case and another case against him for tax issues and the investigation into the Biden Family’s foreign interests.
Hunter was hauled into an Arkansas court last week to explain why he hasn’t met his financial obligations to Roberts and his daughter. The judge in the case wanted Biden under oath to answer questions about the suspicious sources of some of his income.
A July trial has been ordered to determine any changes to Hunter Biden’s child support payments.
This under-oath testimony could present a legal problem for Biden by forcing him to reveal income earned from a Chinese investment fund called BHR Partners, founded after Hunter and President Joe Biden visited China in 2013. Hunter has a 10 percent interest in the investment fund through a company called Skaneateles LLC, controlled by Biden’s attorney Ken Morris who also paid off Hunter’s debt to the IRS.
The value of Biden’s ten percent state could be anywhere between $420,000 and $20 million.
