(TheLibertyRevolution.Com)- On Monday, President Donald Trump signaled his intention to finally reopen the U.S. economy and get people back to work. In a tweet, the president said that a decision on the matter “will be made shortly.”
The news comes as he announced a new White House Coronavirus Task Force, a second group of professionals and experts who will be specifically focusing on the economic side of the pandemic. The original Task Force has not been disbanded, however, and both Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx continue working with the president and offering advice on how to reduce the spread of the virus.
“For the purpose of creating conflict and confusion, some in the Fake News Media are saying that it is the Governors decision to open up the states, not that of the President of the United States & the Federal Government,” the president tweeted.

Trump was fighting back against claims that governors could overrule his decision to reopen the economy safely. Using the advice of his task forces, the president looks to be planning a reopening of the economy that protects the vulnerable and keeps the spread of the disease to a minimum.
However, that hasn’t stopped left-wing anchors like Joe Scarborough of MSNBC referring to him as an “authoritarian wannabe.”
“A decision by me, in conjunction with the Governors and input from others, will be made shortly!” he added.
The president has been eager to get the economy moving for some time now. Initially, Trump expressed his desire to get people back to work by the Easter weekend, but that wasn’t possible. Now, it looks like the president is confident enough in his team to move forward with reopening some states.
Trump has not yet, however, explained how he intends to do it. Let’s wait and see what solution they’ve come up with!
