Jesse Waters Says “The Legacy Media” Is The Real “Evil” Amid Facebook Attacks

( You’ve heard about the “Facebook whistleblower” Frances Haugen, right? We put “whistleblower” in quotes because if you’re represented by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki’s former PR firm, and you’re advocating for even more censorship, then you’re not really a whistleblower.

Anyway, the situation is so bizarre and so clearly an inside job by the Democrats that it’s causing conservatives to side with Facebook. And that’s huge.

Jesse Waters, the popular Fox News host, defended the social media platform on Monday and questioned a claim by Haugen that Facebook is “tearing societies apart” and encouraging or causing racist violence.

Can you believe that? Facebook actively censors conservatives and protects those who smear regular people who oppose left-wing violence.

Waters opposed the claims made by Haugen by bringing up multiple examples of ethnic cleansing and war that happened across the world long before Facebook existed.

He noted the Russian Civil War, World War I, World War II, and “multiple ethnic cleansings over almost every continent.”

And let’s not forget that the kind of ethnic conflict Haugen is talking about is not on the scale of these historic tragedies. She’s talking about the false narrative that police officers are hunting Black people.

“I wouldn’t all of a sudden say Facebook is the root of all evil. The real root of all evil is people like CBS News executives who then point the finger at Facebook, while it’s them, the legacy media, that’s actually tearing this country apart,” Watters said on this.

So true!

It comes after Haugen said in a 60 Minutes interview, which was very conveniently arranged right after she decided to start calling herself a “whistleblower,” that the version of Facebook that exists today is “tearing our societies apart and causing ethnic violence around the world.”

It’s. Just. Not. True.
