This time, it was during a speech in Michigan on Tuesday. The president gave a speech to a petty unenthusiastic-looking crowd, and during his speech, the president appear to slur his words so badly that it was hard to tell what he was saying.

Popular Twitter account “Catturd” noted that he would “drink a 12-pack and not slur this much.”
What exactly is going on with President Joe Biden, and why can he never seem to get through a speech without slurring?
Is he drunk, or is it just a sign he’s too old to be giving speeches like this?
When President Biden was traveling to the event in Howell, he was greeted along the way with patriotic Americans who refuse to stand back and let him destroy the country without a fight.
Protesters stood at the side of the road as the president rode past, with signs that read, “F*CK BIDEN,” “BIDEN IS A FRAUD,” and “HARRIS IS A COMMUNIST.”
Take a look at the video below and you’ll see it wasn’t just a handful of people…it was miles and miles of patriots making it known that President Joe Biden is not welcome in Michigan.
Of course, the left-wing press was outraged by it, and United States Rep. Elissa Slotkin said that she was “embarrassed” by it.
Well…was she embarrassed by the Antifa and Black Lives Matter riots of 2020 that were egged on by her party?
And the four years of smearing President Donald Trump?
