(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- President Joe Biden may have been inaugurated on January 20, but judges up and down the United States are still making decisions on cases related to election misconduct and fraud, and on Friday, an Arizona judge ruled that millions of ballots from November must be turned over to the Senate.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason ruled that 2.1 million ballots from the November 3 election in Maricopa County must be handed over for scrutiny by the Senate, and officials must also be given access to election equipment for audit purposes.
Judge Thomason ruled that subpoenas previously issued by the Arizona state Senate were valid and must be enforced. Maricopa County officials insisted that the subpoenas were unlawful and argued that there had already been multiple audits that they considered sufficient.
“The Court finds that the subpoenas are legal and enforceable,” Thomason said in his ruling. “There is no question that the Senators have the power to issue legislative subpoenas. The subpoenas comply with the statutory requirements for legislative subpoenas. The Senate also has broad constitutional power to oversee elections.”
Data analyst Matt Braynard, who analyzed voter records in the wake of the November election, revealed plenty of cause for concern over the integrity of the election in Arizona.
On November 11, Braynard revealed that in Maricopa County, some 19,997 voters who had registered with the National Change of Address Database – meaning they had moved out of the state – voted absentee in Arizona. More than half a million absentee or early voting ballots were also unreturned.
The data suggested that fraud could have taken place on a scale that would have affected the election results, warranting a detailed audit of votes cast.

Arizona Senate President, Republican Karen Fann, reminded the press that her party was never interested specifically in overturning election results but was instead focused on the integrity of Arizona’s election system.
“This was always about voter integrity and the integrity of the voting system itself,” she said.
Republican State Senator Warren Peterson confirmed that the Senate will now begin a forensic audit of the election results in Maricopa County, which was widely considered to have been the most vulnerable county to misconduct or fraud.
This could be huge.
