Justice Alito Suggests Supreme Court WILL Take Pennsylvania Mail-In Ballot Case

(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has hinted that the highest court in the land could well take the case being put forward by President Donald Trump’s campaign in relation to late ballots being counted in Pennsylvania.

By issuing an order to Pennsylvania requiring ballots received after November 3, the justice has made it clear that the Supreme Court is seriously considering taking the case and intends to make sure that the ballots are separated until a decision can be made.

Under the order, all county boards of election are required to make efforts to keep the votes separate.

“All county boards of election are hereby ordered, pending further order of the Court, to comply with the following guidance provided by the Secretary of the Commonwealth on October 28 and November 1, namely, (1) that all ballots received by mail after 8:00 p.m. on November 3 be segregated and kept ‘in a secure, safe and sealed container separate from other voted ballots,’ and (2) that all such ballots, if counted, be counted separately,” the order says.

Pa. Dep’t of State, Pennsylvania Guidance for Mail-in and Absentee Ballots Received From the United States Postal Service After 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 (Oct. 28, 2020); Pa. Dep’t of State, Canvassing Segregated Mail-in and Civilian Absentee Ballots Received by Mail After 8:00 p .m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 and Before 5:00 p .m. on Friday, November 6, 2020 (Nov. 1, 2020),” it continues.

President Donald Trump’s campaign lawyers are arguing that many votes cast after election day are being counted in the election, which is a violation of election laws. By setting aside votes postmarked after November 3 – meaning they were sent by mail after election day – the Supreme Court is paving the way for the possible removal of these ballots from the final vote tally.

On Saturday, President Trump’s attorney, former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, gave a press conference in which he said that his intention is to get all ballots received after election day discounted.

The media called the race for Joe Biden at the same time as the press conference, meaning it didn’t get much coverage. However, Giuliani and others laid out their case and gave testimony from several witnesses who said that they were banned from observing the count in Pennsylvania.

If the Supreme Court takes the case, and President Trump wins, it could vastly alter the result of the election. If more cases are taken by the Supreme Court from other swing states where late votes – and even possibly fraudulent votes – were counted, then it could also eventually result in President Donald Trump winning re-election.

On Monday, formal legal action will be made public.
