(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi just gets weirder and weirder with age, recently adopting what appeared to be a baby voice when she was talking about the far-left “Squad” of Democratic congresswomen.
Susan Page, the USA Today journalist with decades of experience covering some of the most consequential stories in American political history, revealed in her upcoming biography of Speaker Pelosi that she adopted a bizarre mocking baby voice when talking about New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her Marxist colleagues.
The book, titled “Madam Speaker: Nancy Pelosi and the Lessons of Power,” said that Pelosi adopted a child-like voice when talking about the 31-year-old congresswoman and how she had caused trouble for the Democratic Party in recent years.
“Pelosi unloads on the Squad, at one point adopting a child-like voice when discussing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and offers the Squad this blunt advice: ‘You’re not a one-person show. This is the Congress of the United States” the book reads, according to Axios.
Ironic, really, given that Speaker Pelosi has operated like a one-woman Congress for years.
Axios published some small excerpts of the book, which offered another interesting insight into the mind of the most divisive and partisan politician in the country.
“Mitch McConnell,” the speaker said, “is not a force for good in the country. He is an enabler of some of the worst stuff, and an instigator of some of it on his own,” Axios revealed.
The outlet also revealed how Pelosi scoffed at former President Barack Obama for failing to deliver votes for his Obamacare plan from his home state.
“Why are we having a problem with Illinois?” she blasted, before claiming sole credit for getting the divisive healthcare legislation through Congress.
Speaker Pelosi also said that she learned the “art” of politics – something she clearly thinks she’s mastered – from her father, the former Mayor of Baltimore, Thomas D’Alesandro.
“What I learned from my father was everything…I breathed it in…politics is every minute of every day. It is part of you,” she says, according to the Axios report.
