(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- The bitter feud between the federal government and popular Republican Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis continues to rage, with DeSantis recently telling Fox News host Mark Levin that President Joe Biden is looking for “scapegoats” in order to escape responsibility for his many failures on handling the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an interview that aired on Sunday, DeSantis explained how his state’s focus on therapeutic medication and early treatment has been much more effective in preventing COVID deaths than the federal government’s obsession with vaccines…that don’t work. He also said that the reason the Biden administration is continuing to attack him for the way he has handled the pandemic in his state is because he made the right choices.
DeSantis also revealed how he took the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and then received a booster shot, but still contracted COVID-19.
"When you’re over the target, they’re going to come after you.
If the corporate press nationally isn’t attacking me, then I’m probably not doing my job. So, the fact that they are attacking me is a good indication that I’m tackling the big issues." – @RonDeSantisFL 👀🔥 pic.twitter.com/wsiC0eBHgS

He was in Florida at the time and said that he looked up on the internet and found that there was a center 20 miles away that offered monoclonal antibody therapy – the kind of COVID-19 treatment that former President Donald Trump received when he contracted the virus in 2020.
Talking about the repeated attacks on his approach to the pandemic, DeSantis said that if he wasn’t receiving those kinds of attacks from the corporate tress then he wouldn’t be doing his job properly.
“So the fact that they are attacking me is a good indication that I’m tackling the big issues,” he told Levin, before saying that people looking back on how this pandemic was handled by the federal government, there will be a “whole host of cardinal sins.”
Among those sins, he said, will be closing schools and locking kids out of education for more than a year, the lockdowns, and not focusing on early treatment that could have saved hundreds of thousands of lives.
