(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- London-born singer Adele, who shocked the world earlier this year by revealing her shocking weight loss and amazing new body, was slammed for cultural appropriation on Monday after wearing a Jamaican flag bikini.
Adele was dressed up in a bikini and had Bantu knots in her hair in a photo she published to Instagram. She was paying tribute to the Notting Hill Carnival that takes place in London every year, and has done since 1966. It’s a celebration of Caribbean culture that is hugely popular in the city, though which has descended into violent chaos in recent years.
You can thank the left-wing mayor for that.
Adele published a photo wearing feather, Bantu knots, and a bikini, showing off her new body, and expressed her love for her home city.
“Happy what would be Notting Hill Carnival my beloved London,” she said.
Notting Hill Carnival has always been a chance for people of all races and backgrounds to come together and celebrate Caribbean culture. There is a large Caribbean population in London, following the “Windrush” generation who came to the UK in the mid-20th Century.
Black journalist Ernest Owens complained that Adele was “problematic.”

In a weird twist of events, however, far-left Member of Parliament David Lammy came to her offense. Most Americans probably won’t ever have heard of him, but David Lammy is one of the biggest race-baiters in British politics and well-known for calling everyone he dislikes racist. This time, he came to Adele’s defense.
