The FDA Says It Needs Until 2076 To Make Vaccine Info Public

( If you were holding out on taking the COVID-19 vaccine until all the data about its trials become public…then you’re going to be waiting a long time.

The United States Food and Drug Administration has requested that the federal courts grant then 55 years to review all of the data and the Freedom of Information Act requests that have been submitted about the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and its related trials. It means that should the courts grant these requests, the public will not know the truth about the vaccine’s trials until at least 2076.

And they expect people to just “trust” that the government is lying? Many people who take the vaccine will be long dead by 2076.

In a court filing by the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency group, which is an organization comprised of 30 scientists and professors, some 300,000 pages of information about the vaccine and related trials were requested.

The court documents explain how it took the FDA 108 days from when Pfizer began producing records for licensure on May 7, 2021, to license the product on August 23 of the same year.

“We assume, as the FDA has stated, that it conducted an intense, robust, thorough, and complete review and analysis of those documents in order to assure that the Pfizer vaccine was safe and effective for licensure,” the document continues.

The group filed a Freedom of Information Act request in September, asking them that courts expedite the process of getting the information from Pfizer – but the pharmaceutical company responded by requesting decades more to review the requests.

It would be a slap in the face to all Americans who trusted health professionals and took the vaccine based on their advice, and an unprecedented decision. Under the 1967 FOIA law, agencies must respond to all requests for information within just 20 business days.

Requests filed about Pfizer would require some 329,000 pages to be distributed. And while Pfizer claims they need decades to handle it, doesn’t it make you wonder how legislators can bash out legislation with seemingly just as many pages in no time at all?

What are they trying to hide?
