(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Even though Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all murder charges, and a jury decided that the evidence shows he acted in self-defense when he shot three violent Antifa extremists in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year, a video in support of the teenager has reportedly been removed by social media platform TikTok.
The Young Americans for Liberty organization, which is a group for young people that supports individualism and freedom, said that a video supporting Rittenhouse was censored by the platform after they posted it on December 1.
The video responded to the news that students at Arizona State University have begun protesting the fact that Rittenhouse is enrolled in their school, wrongly labeling him a murderer. The students claimed that Rittenhouse posed a threat to those in the school, even though Rittenhouse has appeared in person at several news media outlets to talk about his story and is quite obviously not a threat to anybody.
Unless, of course, these students plan on threatening to kill him or pointing a gun at him – which is what happened when Rittenhouse was compelled to defend himself using a legal firearm.
The video that was censored described how the “collegiate woke mob” was unleashed after he confirmed he was enrolled in the school, with a coalition of extreme left-wing student groups beginning a campaign to get Rittenhouse expelled.
Starring Brett Cooper, the video reminded viewers that Rittenhouse was fully acquitted and that he should not interact with social justice warriors.
“Therefore, they are trying to deny this young man a college education simply because they disagree with his beliefs,” the video added.
Speaking to Fox News, YAL said that only a day later the video was gladded for violating “hate speech” laws, and after submitting an appeal, the video was deleted only 20 minutes later.
No explanation for the video’s removal was offered.
We truly live in an era of politically-charged censorship and oppression.
