Trump Calls For Peace In 2023

(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- During his New Year’s Eve bash at his estate in Mar-a-Lago, former President Donald Trump called for peace in 2023, according to a report by OAN. Trump called attention to three issues facing the United States that must be addressed: the war in Ukraine, the invasion of the U.S.’s southern border, and inflation that is crippling the economy.

The success of 2023 was particularly dependent on the first issue he brought up.

“We have to stop the war with Russia and Ukraine,” Trump told his crowd before talking about the weaponization of the Justice Department and the FBI.

His comments come after internal revelations uncovered by Elon Musk since acquiring Twitter. In a series of documents published with independent journalists known as the “Twitter Files,” governmental agencies and political operatives were shown to be colluding with Twitter executives to suppress content.

In one infamous instance, the FBI and Twitter stopped the spread of the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the 2020 election, according to American Pigeon. They alleged that the story was the product of Russian disinformation. When outed of their efforts to protect then-Democratic nominee Joe Biden, the FBI showed little remorse.

“The men and women of the FBI work every day to protect the American public,” the agency said in a statement responding to the Twitter files, adding that “conspiracy theorists and others are feeding the American public misinformation with the sole purpose of attempting to discredit the agency.”

To justify their actions, Twitter censored the story as “hacked materials,” although internal dialogue shows that even employees knew that claim would not stick.

Trump called the unprecedented collusion “disgraceful.”

More than politics, however, the former president also hopes to maintain his healthy relationship with his wife, First Lady Melania Trump. He told his guests at Mar-a-Lago that since day one the two of them got along and enjoyed a great relationship, adding that they will “keep it that way.”
