(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- President Donald Trump unleashed on Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer this week, exposing her lie that the president had emboldened extremists that put her life at risk. It followed a press conference hosted by the Democratic governor who explained how a kidnapping plot had been foiled that involved six men who planned to abduct her.
Gretchen is a controversial figure in Michigan, following her implementing of some of the strictest lockdown measures in the entire country at the outbreak of the Chinese coronavirus.
During the press conference, Whitmer criticized the president for what she said was a “rallying cry” to extremist right-wing groups, implying that the foiled plot against her was orchestrated by right wingers.
But it wasn’t.
President Donald Trump hit back and noted that the governor should be thanking his administration for potentially saving her life.
“My Justice Department and Federal Law Enforcement announced today that they foiled a dangerous plot against the Governor of Michigan,” the president tweeted.

“Rather than say thank you, she calls me a White Supremacist – while Biden and Democrats refuse to condemn Antifa, Anarchists, Looters and Mobs that burn down Democrat run cities…I do not tolerate ANY extreme violent,” he added.
The president said that he would defend every American, including those who attack him, before calling on Governor Whitmer to start reversing her excessive lockdown measures and get her economy moving again.

During the press conference, Whitmer said that the president was “divisive” and that when she took the oath of office, she could never have imagined something like this happening.
Despite her suggestion that the plot was an effort by right-wing extremists, however, it appears to be a plot by a left-wing anarchist.
