Trump Says “Minors” May Soon Accuse Ron DeSantis

(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Former President Donald Trump is in another back-and-forth with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis after the governor quipped about his “hush money” payments to Stormy Daniels, according to The Daily Wire. DeSantis was asked about the news that New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg is going to arrest Trump over the $130,000 payment.

In his comments, the governor said that the George Soros-funded D.A. was “weaponizing” the justice system for politics. He noted that the D.A. “downgraded over 50% of felonies to misdemeanors” and said that Bragg did not jail time for most crimes being committed in New York City. As a result, the crime rate is increasing, making the streets more dangerous. But then he added that he does not personally know what goes into paying someone to be quiet.

Trump did not like that comment and then responded by suggesting that there will come a time when DeSantis will face allegations of his own and will want to fight back against them like he is doing with Stormy Daniels. Trump reshared a story written by the leftist organization “Meidas Touch” that claimed DeSantis groomed young girls while teaching at a school in Georgia.

The conflict between Trump and DeSantis, who he helped get elected, comes after the 2022 midterm elections when Trump-endorsed candidates lost to Democrats across the country. As news broke that the Florida governor might be considering a run in 2024, Trump began to go after him, calling him “Ron DeSanctimonious.”

DeSantis has not formally responded to Trump’s criticism but instead highlights that he spends his time working for Floridians and fighting back against Joe Biden.

Former Vice President Mike Pence also denounced the actions of Bragg saying that he is surprised he is going after the former president while crime is spiking in the city. He said this is the priority of the “radical Left in this country.”
